BlendCore Responsibilities
Engage business stakeholders across commercial, delivery, and GES teams to understand current workflows and unmet technology needs. Translate business needs into scoped, actionable requirements for the IT team. Develop working knowledge of Blend’s core platforms and drive adoption of existing capabilities. Distinguish process problems from technology problems and drive a consistent bias toward reducing manual work.
Requirements
7+ years in a business operations, systems, or technology enablement role. Demonstrated track record of identifying inefficiencies and driving technology-enabled solutions. Experience in a professional services or consulting firm. Strong English communication skills and proficiency with AI productivity tools.
