(Jr / Mid-Level / Sr) IT Project Analyst - Scrum Master / Agile Team Coach

Plan, coordinate, monitor, and implement IT and organizational projects of different levels of complexity. Support and/or lead projects throughout their lifecycle, from planning and scope definition to execution, monitoring, implementation, and closure. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and practices, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and team effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree; Knowledge and/or experience in IT Project Management; Knowledge of traditional project management methodologies, such as PMI/Waterfall, as well as Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban; Advanced/fluent English is mandatory.

The position may be filled at the Junior, Mid-Level, or Senior level, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Flexible working hours with a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the office twice a week.
