Prospect new associates and businesses, conducting visits to strengthen relationships with associates. Manage and develop a portfolio of high-complexity business associates, presenting tailored financial solutions. Control delinquency levels and propose measures to resolve issues, ensuring sustainability of the portfolio.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Administration, or related fields. Experience managing a business portfolio (500k to 3 million) with a strong focus on prospecting new business. Valid Anbima certification: at least CPRO-R.
