What You'll Do
Review and obtain necessary medical information from hospitals to generate assessment responses. Manage various applications to update files or databases. Identify and create express or normal discharges to minimize exit times. Follow up with insured individuals throughout their claims process.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or related field. Knowledge in insurance is desirable, along with customer service skills and results orientation. Basic English is preferred. Intermediate proficiency in Office software is required.
