Program Manager Transformación Mayorista (Torre BBVA, CDMX)

Define and articulate the strategy for the Wholesale Banking product portfolio, ensuring technical development priorities align with business objectives. Manage and optimize the capacity assigned to the program, coordinating with approximately 10 Product Owners. Ensure the Product Backlog is visible and clear for all stakeholders, and guarantee timely delivery of project milestones impacting business KPIs.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 6 years of experience with agile methodologies. Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager or Product Manager in the financial sector. Strong background in managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale capacity management.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in the office and 3 days of home office. Candidates must be available to attend in-person sessions as required. BBVA promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
