Manage the comprehensive development of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and budget alignment for future project execution. Coordinate the formal delivery of each stage and manage the necessary validations to progress through project phases. Lead the collection of critical data during meetings throughout the project process to ensure deadlines are met, potentially adjusting projects as needed.
Requirements
Professional degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture. Proven experience of 4 to 5 years in designing large or medium logistics or industrial projects. Proficiency in project management tools, MS Project, G-Suite, AI tools, and AutoCAD. Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI - certification not required). Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
