Manage quality and safety in the plant based on procedures and SIG policy to ensure the quality and safety of processes and products. Monitor microbiological analysis of raw materials and inputs, execute sampling of water, syrups, and cleaning, and conduct environmental monitoring. Audit and represent the plant in quality and safety audits to meet quality and safety requirements.
What We're Looking For
Completed university studies in Biology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. 2 years of experience in Quality. Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel is essential. Specialized technical knowledge in SGF standards, HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
