Analista Suporte Jr

Provide on-site technical support to clients, resolving hardware and software incidents. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on computers, notebooks, printers, and peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Linux) and corporate software. Manage local network infrastructure including cabling, router configuration, and Wi-Fi access points.

Technical degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Systems Analysis, or related fields. Previous experience in on-site technical support or corporate help desk. Solid knowledge in hardware assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Intermediate knowledge of networking (IPs, DHCP, DNS, basic routing, and cabling).
