Propose and implement continuous improvement projects related to quality and safety for our driver audience. Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards linked to acquisition processes. Analyze driver performance across categories to enhance user experience.
What We're Looking For
Education in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in process mapping and documentation. Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, and knowledge of Tableau or Power BI.
