Support the team in identifying priorities for the Operations - For Rent Post Contract area through analytical deep-dives of the customer journey. Propose an ideal model for prioritizing initiatives and projects based on quantitative and qualitative operational drivers. Structure dashboards and monitoring routines for project results, and define governance for project direction and oversight.

Strong analytical skills and experience in project management. Familiarity with AI tools to support analytical tasks and project documentation. Ability to influence and align stakeholders across various levels without formal hierarchical authority.

The position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work flexibility with one day a week in the São Paulo office.
