Support the team in identifying priorities through analytical deep-dives of the customer journey. Propose an ideal model for prioritizing initiatives and projects based on quantitative and qualitative drivers. Structure dashboards and routines for monitoring results, and define governance for project direction and oversight.

5+ years of experience in project management or strategic roles. Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools for analytical tasks. Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various levels and functions.

The position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work flexibility with one day per week in the São Paulo office.
