You will be responsible for conducting consultative sales in a receptive manner, connecting customer needs to our financial solutions. Manage sales through our communication channels (chat, WhatsApp, and phone), ensuring agility and accuracy in service delivery.

At least 1 year of prior sales experience. Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed). Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

The position offers a hybrid work model based in Cinelândia, RJ, with a work schedule of 8 hours daily plus a 1-hour break. There is a possibility of working on weekends.
