Regional Sales Director - Brazil

Develop and implement regional sales strategies tailored to Brazil to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support. Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience within the graphics communications or related field. 8+ years of experience. Mandatory negotiation skills and a strong understanding of technical solutions. Native/Fluent Portuguese and at least C1 English proficiency.
