SR Software Engineer - Customer Experience

Design and develop services and APIs for help and self-service experiences, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Collaborate with Product, UX, and engineering teams to take solutions from problem definition to deployment. Contribute to frontend components and validate the quality and security of solutions using AI code assistants.

Solid experience in backend development and API design, preferably with Go or willingness to learn it. Knowledge of databases, service integrations, automated testing, observability, and security best practices. Experience in deploying and monitoring production services.
