Communicate findings clearly to prioritize enhancements and support the execution of initiatives aimed at reducing contact rates and improving user experience.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields. Experience in similar roles or project management is desirable. Advanced proficiency in Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of Tableau, SQL, and AI tools is preferred.
