Lead the team managing the operational and commercial relationship of Shipping with Marketplace and sellers in Argentina and Colombia. Manage inbound logistics, Full withdrawals, and stock agendas while identifying bottlenecks and translating business needs into actionable insights. Design commercial campaigns to influence sellers and promote logistical model changes, while collaborating with other teams to optimize stock movement.
What We're Looking For
Experience leading teams in logistics, supply chain, sales, or e-commerce. Proven commercial experience with B2B sellers or clients, including negotiating incentives and operational changes. Proficiency in AI tools, SQL, BigQuery, and data visualization tools.
