Drive revenue growth and customer adoption of Amazon Connect across LATAM markets. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with sales teams and partners. Build and manage strategic partnerships to accelerate Amazon Connect adoption. Enable field sales teams through training and solutions. Lead customer engagements focused on contact center transformation.

Bachelor's degree. Experience in Business Application Technologies, ideally in Contact Center as a Service. Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations. Business English skills, both verbal and written. Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments.
