Lead B&W Industrial Finance across the manufacturing network, connecting cost, volume, CPT, savings and risks into one clear performance view. Own production cost performance, including cost reduction plans and forecasts vs. actuals. Partner with Factory Directors on capacity and major operational decisions.
What We're Looking For
Strong Industrial Finance or manufacturing Finance experience with a deep understanding of production costs and P&L drivers. Proven ability to lead and develop teams while building strong relationships across sites. Fluency in English & Spanish strongly preferred.
