Banking & Expansion Manager / Country Manager

Manage the entire licensing process for Wise’s entry into Colombia, including understanding regulations and submitting applications. Build relationships with financial institutions, negotiate agreements, and improve existing partnerships. Collaborate with product teams to define opportunities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Fluent in Spanish and English. Deep understanding of financial, payments, and FX regulations in Colombia. Familiarity with financial licensing frameworks and experience in obtaining licenses in Colombia. Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage regulatory relationships.

This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pioneering role in expanding Wise's operations in Colombia. You will have full responsibility for overseeing local operations and defining market expansion strategies.
