What You'll Do
Supervise compliance with regulations and adjustment processes. Coordinate the team of adjusters to ensure service level compliance. Audit information loaded into the system randomly to ensure proper documentation of claims.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields. Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Auto Claims, knowledge of traffic regulations, and team management.
