Subdirector Site Reliability Engineer

Lead and supervise the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to ensure business strategies and initiatives are executed according to internal regulations. Define and execute the SRE strategy in complex legacy systems and hybrid cloud environments. Establish and enforce Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) in critical systems.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or Computer Science. MBA preferred. Over 15 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or software engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles in SRE or DevOps. Strong knowledge of SRE principles, incident management, and automation.
