Operations Lead
RappiCore Responsibilities
The Operations Lead will own and manage diverse, data-driven initiatives focused on identifying opportunities in fleet management, operational efficiency, and service quality for Rappi Mexico's Operations Team. Key duties involve conducting efficiency and behavioral analyses, identifying service quality opportunities, and developing and executing cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a similar field, along with over 5 years of experience in operations, management, or consulting. Essential qualifications include a data-driven mindset, strong leadership, proven data interpretation skills, project management experience, and proficiency in SQL, Python, Google Workspace, and Power BI, with English and Spanish required.
