Jefe de equipo - Tech Manager

Lead, plan, execute, and control software development projects, ensuring technical alignment with business needs. Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, architecture design, development, code review, QA/testing, and deployment. Manage technical risk and technical debt while promoting continuous improvement in development processes and standards.

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT roles with a strong focus on software development. At least 5 years of experience leading and managing multidisciplinary software development teams. Required degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields; desirable postgraduate studies in Project Management or IT.
