Plan workforce and operational capacity to ensure productivity and service levels. Analyze demand projections and make decisions for efficient execution. Identify operational risks and propose solutions to meet indicators and goals. Improve controls and analysis tools to optimize processes and data-driven decisions.

Bachelor's degree required. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is desirable. Experience in analyzing indicators, demand management, and quality control is necessary. Availability for on-site work in Araucária, Paraná, from Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7:48 PM.
