Platform Engineer - (Site Reliability Engineering)
BitsoCore Responsibilities
Own and execute on-call shifts end-to-end, including acknowledging pages, declaring incidents, and driving to resolution. Build automation for the Sev1/Sev2 postmortem workflow and leverage AI to identify patterns across incidents. Contribute to the observability ecosystem by improving dashboards and alert configurations.
Requirements
Proven ability to operate in high-pressure incident scenarios and communicate with senior stakeholders. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Software development background in any language, with Python or Java experience being a plus.
