Supervise the Metro FC operators in the cluster, ensuring processes and delivery promises to buyers. Monitor daily operational KPIs, identifying deviations and applying immediate corrective actions. Execute and follow up on inbound, picking, packing, and dispatch processes under high-quality standards. Support process audits and promote the implementation of best practices within the team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in operational or team leadership positions in logistics or similar areas. Experience in logistics operations, distribution, or fulfillment centers. Intermediate-advanced Excel skills and basic SQL knowledge are desirable.
