Key duties include supervising quality indicators, leading a team of analysts, standardizing training materials, supporting BPO partners, and using AI tools to optimize monitoring and identify conversion opportunities.
Requirements
Candidates must have prior experience leading Quality or Training teams and possess knowledge of and interest in AI and automation tools applied to sales or legal contexts. An analytical profile focused on KPIs and process improvement is required, along with immediate availability to start in May for this 7-month temporary role.
