Core Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end sales cycle, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand Clara's client base in the Northeast region. Utilize existing relationships and understanding of the Recife business ecosystem to generate high-quality leads. Oversee lead generation, qualification, and closing, ensuring a consistent flow of new partnerships. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in high-growth sales environments, preferably in SaaS or Fintech. Currently based in Recife with a strong network among finance leaders. Working proficiency in English and Portuguese. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex negotiations independently.
