Drive the outbound sales motion specifically targeting mid-market and enterprise companies in traditional sectors. Lead the go-to-market strategy to displace legacy financial processes, positioning Clara as the modern alternative to traditional banks. Generate a high volume of qualified leads through proactive, tailored outreach. Manage a robust pipeline and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record working within or selling to the Construction, Retail, Agro, or Logistics industries. Deep practical knowledge of the Brazilian financial market, including corporate credit and payment processing. Strong 'hunter' profile with the ability to navigate long sales cycles and complex negotiations. Working proficiency in English and Portuguese.
