Identify process improvement initiatives for Tax across the region in Brazil. Develop the annual improvement plan with the operations team based on priorities and impacts. Define a regular governance model with work teams for the identification and tracking of initiatives. Lead the design and implementation of automated administrative processes and controls, collaborating with process and technical teams.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. At least 6 years of experience in Tax projects for Brazil with strong technical expertise in consulting project execution. Proficiency in Portuguese. Advanced knowledge of accounting ERP (SAP) and spreadsheets. Familiarity with data tools and BI (SQL/BigQuery, dashboards) and openness to incorporating AI into daily work.
