Manage the agency and prioritize member service. Oversee team performance to achieve business objectives. Build relationships with community entities to provide financial solutions and enhance member income. Conduct market prospecting through external visits to increase membership.

Mandatory experience in people management within agencies or similar market experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Active Anbima certification - CPA 20 / CEA. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
