Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in fields like Pedagogy, Educational Psychology, or Education Sciences, with desirable specialization in performance evaluation or educational management. A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in performance evaluation processes or faculty coaching is mandatory, along with proficiency in quantitative and qualitative evaluation methodologies.
