Core Responsibilities

This role partners closely with the LATAM Regional Director to support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent priorities, while also advising leaders on employee relations and compliance matters across the region. Additionally, the People Partner coordinates facilities and employee engagement initiatives specifically for the Costa Rica Hub.

Requirements

Candidates must have 4-7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in HR Business Partner or Generalist roles, with a strong understanding of regional labor legislation, especially for Costa Rica and Uruguay preferred. Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and strong project management skills are essential.
