Support business areas alongside managers to achieve business objectives and team effectiveness. Act as a reference for managers and employees regarding people management. Facilitate onboarding programs and career dialogues, and participate in regional management meetings.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, or related fields. Completed specialization/MBA. Solid experience in People Management and as a Business Partner.
