What You'll Do
Define the vision for Wise's Brazil payments flows and strengthen the infrastructure for international transfers. Lead high-stakes Pix products, focusing on adding, converting, sending, and spending money. Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to implement and operationalize Pix requirements.
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in the payments space with experience in the Pix scheme in Brazil. Strong understanding of Pix operational processes, risk management, and regulatory obligations. Experience leading high-performing payment services at large transaction volumes and managing complex partner integrations.
