The specialist will review customer orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before shipping, reconciling order information against internal systems. They will coordinate with Sales and Deal Desk to resolve discrepancies and respond to sales inquiries regarding opportunity status.
Requirements
Candidates need a minimum of 2 years of professional experience with professional-level English fluency and excellent attention to detail regarding accuracy and timeliness. The role requires the ability to work independently, multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting, and adhere to Pacific time zone business hours.
