Network & Svcs Operations Representative

Monitor network services and infrastructure assets to ensure quality indicators are met. Interface with other operators for interoperability and capacity demands. Identify and monitor failures, and track corrective actions for solutions.

Knowledge of SDH/PTN/POTN/OTN/DWDM networks from major suppliers like CISCO, ZTE, HUAWEI, NOKIA, and PADTEC. Familiarity with monitoring systems and network performance. Experience with ONT/Full IP/Inner Core/Outer Core/Metro/OLT/Routers.
