Monitor orders throughout the entire operational journey. Support billing routines and logistical controls. Identify and address operational inconsistencies. Collaborate with internal areas to improve processes.

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel. Familiarity with operational systems and controls. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and a collaborative profile.
