Reconciliation Analyst II
RecargaPayCore Responsibilities
The Reconciliation Analyst II will be responsible for owning and enhancing financial and transactional reconciliation processes across RecargaPay's entire product suite, including performing daily reconciliations, reporting results, and engaging teams for resolution of outstanding items. This role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and providing technical support to the analyst team.
Requirements
Candidates must have a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience specifically in payment methods reconciliation, ideally using tools like Equals or Simetrik. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this fast-growing environment.
