Ensure the integrity of contracted systems by collaborating with Business, Technology, and suppliers. Proactively identify, analyze, and communicate issues, leading investigations and solutions. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a technical-functional focal point. Manage incidents, analyze logs, and identify root causes while supporting project delivery and system stability.
Requirements
Previous experience in the financial sector or similar, with autonomous, critical, and solution-oriented work. Knowledge of Core Banking (Matera or similar) and PL/SQL Oracle or similar. Experience with messaging and systemic architecture is a plus. Strong analytical skills and the ability to influence decisions in complex environments.
