The role is responsible for internal training within the RC01 unit, focusing on Fulfillment, proposing immediate solutions, and measuring/reporting training program productivity and quality indicators. The individual will also seek replicable models for other operations and support the onboarding process for new employees.
Requirements
Candidates must have a completed Higher Education degree and be available to work 100% in person in Perus - SP (RC01) during the specified afternoon/evening shift, with flexibility for shift changes. Required experience includes operational or logistics training, serving as an instructor in both in-person and virtual classrooms, and knowledge of instructional design focused on engaging operational teams.
