Core Responsibilities

The Outbound BDR will proactively identify, research, and engage potential customers across EMEA, initiating conversations through cold calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads for Account Executives. They will also collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM.

Requirements

Candidates must be located in the United Kingdom or Ireland and possess strong communication skills, resilience to rejection, and excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and a proven track record in lead generation are required, with 1-2 years of outbound sales experience in SaaS preferred.
