ClaraCore Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure using Cisco, Fortinet, and Unifi equipment. Provide high-touch technical support for Windows and macOS systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Oversee Google Workspace administration and manage user accounts and security permissions. Handle equipment setup and deployment, and respond to support tickets promptly via Slack.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical infrastructure role. Working proficiency in English and Spanish. Strong networking knowledge with hands-on experience in Cisco, Fortinet, or Unifi equipment.
