Support the designing and implementation of a comprehensive operational risk management framework for a newly established bank. Lead the identification of critical processes, operational risk mapping, and risk assessments in collaboration with process owners. Implement KRIs, thresholds, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure timely detection of relevant deviations.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in operational risk management within banks or financial institutions. Solid knowledge of Colombian regulations applicable to operational risk and business continuity. Intermediate level of English (minimum B1) for professional interaction and technical documentation.
