Core Responsibilities

Provide personalized onboarding support for customers signing up for Fast Track Packages, helping them solve onboarding issues and providing compliance guidance for A2P products. Manage onboarding SLAs and credit utilization, join weekly customer calls, and report metrics.

Requirements

Requires 2+ years of experience in operations teams specializing in A2P products, with previous client-facing experience and the ability to manage up to 12 customer accounts. Must be able to work rotational shifts from 7:30 PM to 5:00 AM IST and respond within SLAs.
