Software Technical Leader

Design and implement the foundations of the AI asset platform and its tools for discovery, distribution, versioning, quality, and governance. Lead the team technically by defining work standards and reviewing architectural designs and code. Incorporate generative AI into internal processes to optimize platform development flow and drive adoption within the company.

Proven experience in leading the design and implementation of complex technical solutions from start to finish. Proficiency in backend development with languages such as Go, Java, or Python, along with knowledge of frontend development technologies like Node.js. Experience in evaluating and verifying software functionality, establishing quality standards and testing.
