What You'll Do
Reconcile billing and subscription records, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate collections follow-up. Manage MSA intake and agreement workflows through Ironclad, track signatures and renewals. Prepare token distributions, support grant setup and M2M migrations, and execute controlled lockup coverage.
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in operations, financial operations, contract administration, or customer operations within financial services or fintech. Hands-on experience with operational tooling such as Ironclad, Pylon, or CRM platforms. Familiarity with KPI tracking and data hygiene practices.
