What You'll Do
Research problems alongside Product and Business teams, questioning requests when necessary and turning findings into design opportunities. Explore alternatives, create rapid prototypes, and validate solutions with users; design complete flows, including error cases and edge situations. Define message hierarchy, write interface texts, and establish terminology for experiences; apply the Andes design system and ensure visual details are maintained until implementation.
What We're Looking For
3 to 5 years of experience in product design, user experience, or similar disciplines, ideally in scalable digital products. Advanced proficiency in Figma and visual principles, with experience working with design systems. Ability to communicate in Spanish and write interface texts and narratives to present work.
