What You'll Do
Act as the financial controller for the Healthcare – Americas portfolio, supporting the Regional Head with oversight of forecasts, actuals, revenue, costs, margin, utilization, and other financial KPIs. Prepare organized, concise financial reports and management summaries that give the Regional Head a reliable view of performance, emerging risks, and decisions required. Maintain clear governance records, including action, risk, issue, and dependency logs, and follow up with owners to support timely resolution.
What We're Looking For
Experience in PMO, portfolio operations, commercial operations, or financial management in a complex services environment. Strong financial acumen, including experience with forecasts, actuals, variances, revenue, cost, and margin. Professional English communication skills and the ability to work across Americas and India time zones.
