Core Responsibilities

The leader will design and scale innovative and secure systems, focusing on leading the end-to-end strategy and execution for Mercado Pago Acquisition and Onboarding, from initial impression through activation. Responsibilities include increasing conversion, evolving the first value journey, defining growth roadmaps, and collaborating closely with Product, Technology, and Data teams.

Requirements

Candidates must possess experience in design leadership or coordination for complex digital products, specifically focusing on Acquisition, Onboarding, conversion, and activation. Required expertise includes mastering UX/UI applied to funnels, information architecture, data-driven design, and end-to-end experimentation cycles, including applying AI in research and prototyping.
